五苓散治疗中风后脑积水的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨五苓散治疗中风后脑积水的临床效果。方法选择2021年4月至2022年11月我院收治的80例中风后脑积水患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上采用五苓散治疗。比较两组患者的神经功能、认知功能、肾功能以及并发症发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者的美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)和简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组,MMSE评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的尿酸(UA)、血尿素氮(BUN)及肌酐(CREA)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的UA、BUN及CREA水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论五苓散治疗中风后脑积水的临床效果显著,能够有效地改善患者的神经功能、认知功能以及肾功能,且并发症较少,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wuling powder in the treatment of hydrocephalus after stroke.Methods Eighty patients with hydrocephalus after stroke admitted in our hospital from April 2021 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wuling powder on this basis.The neurological function,cognitive function,kidney function and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the MMSE score was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of uric acid(UA),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(CREA)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of UA,BUN and CREA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wuling powder in the treatment of hydrocephalus after stroke has significant clinical effect.It can effectively improve the neurological function,cognitive function and kidney function of patients,and has fewer complications.It is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
