摘　　要：中医学术流派是中医学在长期发展过程中形成的具有独特学术理论或学术主张,临床有显著疗效的中医药学术团体。“长安雷氏心病痰瘀流派”是由第三届国医大师雷忠义创立,以冠心病等心血管疾病为主要研究方向的学术流派,流派特色优势明显,学术影响深远,临床疗效显著,传承梯队完备。雷忠义国医大师与代表性传承人刘超峰、范虹、雷鹏等诸弟子在临床与科研上的不断探索、创新和发展,逐步形成了以胸痹心痛“痰瘀互结”“痰瘀毒互结”“痰瘀毒风互结”“双心并治”“心本于肾,从肾治心”理论等为主要学术思想的中医心病理论体系。通过梳理“长安雷氏心病痰瘀流派”传承源流,整理归纳流派学术思想和学术特色,希望为推动我国中医学术流派传承及中医心病学科发展做出积极贡献。Academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine are traditional Chinese medicine academic groups formed in the long-term development of TCM with unique academic theories or academic propositions and significant clinical effects.“Chang’an Lei’s school of heart disease and phlegm stasis”is founded by the third Chinese medical master Lei Zhongyi,with coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases as the main research direction of the academic school,school features obvious advantages,far-reaching academic influence,clinical efficacy is remarkable,complete succession echelon.The continuous exploration,innovation and development of Chinese medical master Lei Zhongyi and his representative successors Liu Chaofeng,Fan Hong,Lei Peng and other disciples in clinical and scientific research have gradually formed the theory of“intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis”“intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis and poison”“intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis and poison wind”“double heart and treatment”“heart originates from the kidneys,treating the heart from the kidneys”.By sorting out the origin of“Chang’an Lei’s school of heart disease and phlegm stasis”,sorting out the academic thoughts and academic characteristics of the school,hoping to make positive contributions to promoting the inheritance of TCM academic schools and the development of TCM heart disease discipline.
