摘 要:新建深江铁路位于大湾区中心,是“一带一路”倡议以及全国“八纵八横”沿海通道的重要组成部分,珠江口隧道作为新建深江铁路的控制性工程,周边环境及水文地质条件复杂,岩性多样,是目前我国埋置最深(矿山段最大埋深达115 m)、水压最大(盾构段最大水压1.06 MPa)的矿山与盾构组合工法海底隧道。该工程建设难度大、关键技术多,通过文献调研、理论研究、可行性分析,系统地对比分析南、北线位方案隧道平、纵、横断面的总体设计制约因素,结合不同工法的优势,提出矿山+盾构组合工法建设方案;提出了海洋腐蚀环境下盾构隧道管片的硅烷浸渍防腐技术;为不受制于盾构与矿山工程进度影响,采用“双壳”模式盾构机技术,实现了盾构机海底自主接收并同步原位拆解。该总体方案经济合理、风险可控,关键技术研究对策可确保隧道顺利安全建设,可为同类跨江越海隧道工程的设计提供参考与借鉴。The newly built Shenzhen-Jiangmen Railway,centrally located in the Greater Bay Area,is a key component of both the Belt and Road Initiative and Chinas national“Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal”coastal corridor.The Pearl River Estuary Tunnel,as the main control project of the Shenzhen-Jiangmen railway,face a highly complex environment with challenging hydrological and geological conditions,including diverse rock formations.It is the deepest seabed tunnel in China,with a maximum burial depth of 115 meters in the mining section,and the highest water pressure,reaching 1.06 MPa in the shield tunneling section.Given the complexity and numerous key technologies required for this project,this paper systematically compared and analyzed the design constraints for the horizontal,vertical and cross-sectional alignments of the southern and northern route options,based on literature reviews,theoretical research,and feasibility studies.A combined mining and shield tunneling construction method was proposed based on the advantages of different approaches.In response to the corrosive marine environment,a silane impregnation technology for corrosion protection of shield tunnel segments was proposed.To avoid construction delays caused by the shield and mining operations,a“double-shell”shield tunneling machine technology was implemented,allowing for autonomous retrieval and simultaneous in-situ dismantling of the machine beneath the seabed.This overall design proved economically viable with controllable risks,and the key technical solutions ensured the safe and efficient construction of the tunnel.This research provides valuable insights and references for similar seabed tunnel projects across rivers and seas.
