摘 要:针对宽幅摊铺机摊铺时因摊铺机熨平板宽度较大、混合料温度变化导致熨平板产生较大热应力变形的问题,采用有限元软件ANSYS分析热应力条件下,熨平板长度、熨平板底部温度与熨平板竖直方向变形之间的关系。结果表明:熨平板长度越大,其变形量受温度影响的程度就越高;熨平板长度一定时,熨平板变形量与温度成一次函数关系;可通过给熨平板加装桁架和控制熨平板底部混合料温度幅度等措施,保证熨平板竖直方向变形控制在要求的范围以内。In order to solve the problem of large thermal stress deformation of the screed caused by the large width of the screed and the temperature change of the mixture, the finite element software ANSYS is used to analyze the relationship between the length of the screed, the temperature at the bottom of the screed and the vertical deformation of the screed under the condition of thermal stress.The results show that: the larger the length of the screed, the higher the degree of its deformation affected by temperature;when the length of the screed is fixed, the deformation of the screed is a function of temperature;and the vertical deformation of the screed can be ensured within the required range by adding trusses to the screed and controlling the temperature range of the mixture at the bottom of the screed.
