摘  要:为提高水泥混凝土桥面防水黏结层的黏结强度,研究提出了双组分反应树脂、橡胶沥青和单粒径碎石的新型多介质防水黏结层,通过3因素4水平的正交试验,采用剪切强度为评价指标对多介质防水黏结层进行了材料成分的优化设计。结果表明在α=0.05的显著性水平下,采用方差分析发现双组分反应性树脂和橡胶沥青的用量对多介质强黏结防水复合层抗剪强度影响显著,其中双组分黏结料用量影响最大,但单一粒径碎石用量对其影响不大。考虑到现场实施可能性并尽可能获得最大的剪切强度,推荐最终优选方案为:双组分反应性树脂用量为1.2 kg/m^(2),橡胶沥青用量为1.6 kg/m^(2),单一粒径碎石用量为8 kg/m^(2),对应的碎石撒布面积占比为65%~70%。In order to improve the bonding strength of cement concrete bridge deck waterproofing adhesive layer,a new multi-media waterproofing adhesive layer of two-component reactive resin,rubber asphalt and single-grain crushed stone is proposed,through a three-factor four-level orthogonal test,the shear strength is used as the evaluation index of the multi-media waterproofing adhesive layer to carry out optimal design of material components.The results show that atα=0.05 level of significance,by using ANOVA analysis,it is found that the amount of two-component reactive resin and rubber asphalt have significant impact on the shear strength of multi-media strong bonding waterproofing composite layer,of which the amount of two-component bonding material has the greatest impact,but the impact of amount of single grain size crushed stone is not obvious.Taking into account the site implementation and the maximum possible shear strength,the optimal scheme is recommended as:1.2 kg/m^(2) of two-component reactive resin,1.6 kg/m^(2) of the rubber asphalt,and 8 kg/m^(2) of the single grain-sized crushed stone,and the corresponding spreading area of the crushed stone being 65%~70%.
