摘  要:扩盘桩具有承载力高、沉降控制效果好的技术优势。现阶段需要建立新的设计方法,来直接指导工程设计人员进行正向的扩盘桩最优结构设计。提出了一种基于改进荷载传递法的扩盘桩结构正向设计方法,首先,引用广义荷载传递函数拟合扩盘桩静载试验得到扩盘桩的荷载传递函数参数;其次,依据桩顶荷载、位移边界条件和桩端控制性参数进行由上至下的桩身尺寸计算和盘体布置,最终实现扩盘桩结构的正向设计。进行了原位扩盘桩静载试验,并利用所提正向设计方法对原有设计方案进行优化,分析优化后方案的荷载~沉降值和施工优势。研究发现,本研究所提方法在保证安全的前提下可最大程度地发挥扩盘桩的承载优势,为优化扩盘桩设计和施工提供理论支撑。Multi-branch pile has the technical advantages of high bearing capacity and good settlement control effect.At present,it is necessary to establish a new design method to directly guide the designers to carry out the optimal structural design of the multi-branch pile.In this paper,a forward design method of multi-branch pile is proposed based on improved load transfer method.Firstly,the generalized load transfer function are fitted with static load test to obtain the load transfer function parameters of the multibranch pile.Secondly,according to the pile top load,displacement boundary condition and pile end control parameters,the pile size and branches layout are calculated from top to bottom,and finally the forward design of the multi-branch pile structure is realized.In this paper,the static load test of in-situ expanded pile is carried out and the original design method is optimized by using the proposed forward design.The load-settlement theoretical value of the optimized scheme is compared with the finite element calculation to verify the effect of the new method.This method has a positive role in promoting the application and research of the multi-branch pile and its related pile types.
