负弯矩作用下组合梁桥面板湿接缝的抗裂性能研究

摘  要:为了更好解决装配式组合梁预制拼装桥面板接缝处受力复杂、易开裂等难题,提出了高延性混凝土(Engineered Cementitious Composite,简称ECC)接缝构造形式,通过开展负弯矩作用下局部足尺模型试验,对比分析了普通混凝土湿接缝和ECC铺装层接缝以及不同ECC铺装层厚度等构造参数对接缝桥面板的极限荷载、破坏形式、开裂荷载及裂缝分布等的影响。研究结果表明,ECC铺装层接缝和普通混凝土接缝试件均以受拉钢筋屈服后受拉区混凝土显著开裂破坏为标志,与普通混凝土接缝试件相比,ECC铺装层接缝试件的开裂荷载提升了100%,表明ECC铺装层对于提升湿接缝试件的控裂性能效果显著;从整体结构的受力看,30 mm厚ECC铺装层和80 mm厚ECC铺装层接缝试件较普通混凝土接缝试件的峰值荷载分别提升了18.1%和32.3%,抗弯承载力提升效果显著,表明ECC铺装层用于改善接缝试件抗弯性能的方案是可行的,且抗弯承载力随着ECC铺装层厚度的增加而提升;基于混凝土抗弯构件理论提出的湿接缝试件抗弯承载力计算公式的计算值与有限元计算值和试验值吻合良好,验证了抗弯承载力计算公式有良好的适用性,且具有一定的安全储备。In order to solve the problems of complex force and easy cracking at the joints of combined girder bridge deck panels,Engineered Cementitious Composite(ECC)joint construction form is proposed.By conducting localized foot-scale modeling tests under negative bending moments,the effects of structural parameters such as ordinary concrete wet joints and ECC paving layer joints as well as different ECC paving layer thicknesses on the ultimate load,damage form,cracking load and crack distribution of bridge deck slabs with joints are analyzed and compared.The test results show that:both ECC paving joints and plain concrete joint specimens are marked by significant cracking damage of the concrete in the tension zone after yielding of the tensile reinforcement,and the cracking load of the ECC paving layer joint specimen is enhanced by 100%compared to the ordinary concrete joint specimen,which indicates that ECC paving layer is effective in improving the crack control performance of wet joint specimens.In terms of the overall structural forces,the peak loads of the 30 mm ECC paving layer and 80 mm ECC paving layer joint specimens are enhanced by 18.1%and 32.3%,respectively,compared with the plain concrete joint specimens,the bending load capacity being significantly increased,indicating that the ECC paving layer used to improve the flexural performance of the joint specimens is feasible and the flexural load capacity increases with the increase of the thickness of the ECC paving layer.Based on the theory of concrete flexural members proposed bending load capacity calculation formula for wet joint specimens calculated values and finite element calculation values and test values are in good agreement,which verifies the applicability of the bending load capacity calculation formula,and has a certain safety reserve.
