摘  要:为改善纳米SiO_(2)与Terminal Blend沥青的相容性,采用KH550、KH560和KH570等3种偶联剂对纳米SiO_(2)进行接枝改性,确定3种偶联剂的最佳接枝改性工艺,分析不同接枝改性方案对复合改性沥青高温、低温、存储稳定性等性能的影响规律。借助FTIR和SEM技术分析复合改性沥青性能改善机理和改性前后纳米SiO_(2)的混合分布状态。结果表明:KH550、KH560和KH570的改性用量宜为2.5%、2.0%和2.0%,改性时间宜为3 h、2 h和2 h;改性SiO_(2)可明显改善复合改性沥青的高低温性能和储存稳定性,KH570的改善效果最优;3种偶联剂改性纳米SiO_(2)的红外光谱图像非常接近,KH550和KH570改性纳米SiO_(2)除新增甲基和亚甲基外分别新增氨基和羰基;SEM图像显示改性纳米SiO_(2)在沥青中分布更为均匀,接枝改性可提高纳米SiO_(2)与沥青的相容性。In order to improve the compatibility of nano-SiO_(2) with Terminal Blend asphalt,three silane coupling agents,KH550,KH560 and KH570,are used to graft-modify nano-SiO 2.The crumb rubber and nano-SiO_(2) composite-modified asphalts are prepared.Based on the physical property indexes of modified asphalts,the optimal grafting modification process of the three silane coupling agents is determined.The effect of nano-SiO_(2) treated by different silane coupling agents schemes on the properties of modified asphalt is analyzed.The improvement mechanism of nano-SiO_(2) on the performance of composite modified asphalt and the distribution of nano-SiO_(2) in composite modified asphalt before and after grafting modification are analyzed by FTIR and SEM.The results show that the optimal modified dosages of KH550,KH560 and KH570 are 2.5%,2.0%and 2.0%,and the optimal modification time is 3 h,2 h and 2 h,respectively.The grafting modification of nano-SiO_(2) can significantly improve the high and low temperature performance and storage stability of composite modified asphalt,and the KH570 has the best performance.The infrared spectral images of the three coupling agents modified nano SiO_(2) are very similar,and the modified nano SiO_(2) of KH550 and KH570 have added amino and carbonyl groups in addition to methyl and methylene.The SEM image shows that the modified nano-SiO_(2) is more evenly distributed in the asphalt,and the grafting modification can improve the compatibility of the nano-SiO_(2) with the asphalt.
