摘  要:公路工程作为基础公共交通产业,在促进经济快速增长的同时也消耗了很多社会资源,产生了大量的碳排放。在目前“双碳”的大背景下,公路项目在建设过程中,也应充分考虑如何对碳排放进行量化计算分析,进而科学、合理地降低碳排放。基于碳排放因子法,提出基于公路工程定额消耗量建立施工碳排放定额的方法,从定额的编制思路和二氧化碳排放的特点着手,建立一套能够测算公路工程施工期二氧化碳排放的计算方法体系,明确定额法计算碳排放的定义和公式,界定碳排放的计算边界,介绍碳排放计算的总体思路。基于公路工程部颁定额的数据,以土石方路基填筑工程为例,对计算步骤进行了说明,为项目碳排放计算提供了一套方法,在设计阶段全面系统地对施工活动产生的碳排放进行定量计算分析。As a basic public transportation industry,highway engineering not only promotes the rapid economic growth,but also consumes a lot of social resources,and produces a large amount of carbon emissions.Under the current background of"double carbon",in the construction process of highway projects,how to conduct quantitative calculation and analysis of carbon emissions should be fully considered so as to conduct scientific and reasonable reduction of carbon emissions.Based on the carbon emission factor method,the method of carbon emission quota is put forward based on resource consumption of highway engineering quota.Starting from the formulation ideas of quota and the characteristics of carbon dioxide emission,a calculation method system that can calculate carbon dioxide emission during the construction period of highway project is established,the definition and formula of carbon emission calculation by quota method are clearly defined,and the calculation boundary of carbon emission is defined.The general idea of carbon emission calculation is introduced.Based on the data of the quota for highway engineering issued by the Ministry of Transport,the earthwork subgrade filling project is taken as an example,the calculation steps are explained,which provides a set of methods for the carbon emission calculation of the project so as to comprehensively and systematically calculate and analyze the carbon emission generated by construction activities in the design stage.
