装配式拱形明挖隧道接头抗弯性能研究

摘  要:以新森大道凤高隧道明挖装配式项目为依托,隧道接头选用双榫头+螺栓的形式,采用加载试验和数值模拟相结合的方式,研究在不同轴力和弯矩共同作用下接头抗弯性能的影响因素,探讨接头弯矩和转角的关系,对裂缝的发展规律以及抗弯刚度进行研究。研究结果表明:相同工况下,轴力对接头的抗弯性能影响较为显著,轴力越大,接头处承载能力越强;结合试验数据得出接头轴力~弯矩~转角的关系图。研究结果可为装配式明挖隧道的设计和应用提供技术支持和理论指导。The prefabricated open-cut highway tunnel joint of the Fenggao Tunnel on the Xinsen Street is taken as the research object,the tunnel joint adopts the form of tenon-groove+bolts,and the influencing factors of the bending performance of the joint under the combined action of different axial forces and bending moments are studied by a combination of loading test and numerical simulation,the relationship between the bending moment and the rotation angle of the joint is discussed,and the development law and bending stiffness of the crack are studied.The study results show that,under the same working conditions,the axial force has a significant impact on the bending performance of the joint,and the larger the axial force,the stronger the bearing capacity at the joint,and the relationship diagram between the axial force,bending moment,and rotation angle of the joint is obtained by combining the test data,which provides technical support and theoretical guidance for the design and application of prefabricated open-cut tunnels.
