摘 要:为了探讨传统线下生鲜零售商店数量及线上生鲜零售前置仓数量对生鲜产品零售环节碳排放量的影响,建立了以最小碳排放量为目标的生鲜产品零售商店数量优化模型,以满足消费者需求为约束条件,并利用遗传算法对模型进行算例计算,得出了在最小碳排放量下的线下和线上商店数量。研究表明:在生鲜零售日常经营情景下,增加线下和线上商店数量可以降低零售供应链的碳排放总量;合理布局线下零售店铺与线上零售渠道前置仓的数量可以显著降低生鲜产品零售环节的总碳排放量,且当线下与线上店铺比例约为1.6时,总碳排放量最低;生鲜零售商要在实现碳减排目标的同时提高服务水平,增加线上商店数量是一个较优的选择。To investigate the impact of the number of traditional offline fresh products retail stores and the number of online fresh retail front warehouses on the carbon emissions of the fresh products retailing chain,the study established an optimization model for the number of fresh products retail stores with the objective of minimizing carbon emissions,with satisfying consumer demand as the constraint,and used genetic algorithms to perform arithmetic calculations on the model,which yielded the number of offline and online stores under the minimum carbon emission.It was found that,first,increasing the number of offline and online stores can reduce the total carbon emissions of the retail supply chain under the daily operation scenario of fresh food retail.Second,rationalizing the number of offline retail stores and online retail channel front warehouses can significantly reduce the total carbon emissions in the retailing of fresh products,and the study showed that the total carbon emissions are lowest when the ratio of offline to online stores is about 1.6.Finally,increasing the number of online stores is a superior option for fresh products retailers to improve service level while achieving the carbon emission reduction goal.
