摘　　要：以一个预制品装配商和一个预制品制造商组成的两级供应链为研究对象,运用委托代理理论,分别构建预制品装配商主导(PA模式)、双方权力均等(N模式)、预制品制造商主导(PM模式)下的装配式建筑供应链双边决策模型,分析信息结构和权力结构对供应链各决策变量的影响。研究结果表明:对称信息条件下,权力结构的变化对装配率(或碳减排率)无影响,但不对称信息下它们将随着预制品装配商(或制造商)主导地位的提高而增大;在信息结构和权力结构双重作用下,尤其是预制品装配商(或制造商)在其主导模式和N模式中存在的不对称信息,使得双方收益均向下发生扭曲(低于对称信息时的情形);为获取各自的信息租金,不对称信息引发N模式下供应链总收益低于PA和PM模式下的结果。Taking a two-level supply chain consisting of a prefabricated assembler and a prefabricated manufacturer as the research object,the bilateral decision-making model of prefabricated building supply chain was constructed,based on principal-agent theory.Three power structure models,concluding the prefabricated assembler leading(PA model),the equal power(N model)and the prefabricated manufacturer leading(PM model)were respectively considered,and the influence of information structure and power structure on the decision variables of the supply chain was analyzed.The results showed that the power structure has no effect on prefabrication rate(or carbon reduction rate)of symmetrical information,but they would increase with the dominant player′s power under asymmetric information.With the dual influence of information structure and power structure,especially the asymmetric information existing in the dominant mode and N mode of the prefabricated product assembler(or manufacturer),the income of both parties was distorted downward(lower than the case of symmetric information).In order to obtain the respective information rent,asymmetric information caused the total return of supply chain under N mode lower than that under PA and PM mode.
