摘 要:借鉴企业技术创新风险相关研究和基于语义的信息聚合模式,利用LDA主题模型和本体建模技术,开展基于科创板企业披露文本的风险主题聚合和基于风险事件案例的语义关联聚合,构建包含用户需求层、数据资源层、关联聚合层和应用服务层的企业技术创新风险信息服务体系框架。企业技术创新风险主题涵盖技术、财务、人力、生产、管理、市场、政策等方面的不确定性,语义关联聚合涉及风险的因素、事件、影响和防控4个概念的信息抽取,开展相关信息服务需要综合考虑“需求驱动”和“资源导向”,提供企业技术创新风险画像和智能决策服务。Enterprise technology innovation risk management and control must effectively utilize the intelligence decision-making value of risk information.Information aggregation,as a powerful means to build a strong associated knowledge system,can provide guidance for orderly organization and efficient utilization of risk information.Drawing on relevant research of enterprise technology innovation risk and semantic-based information aggregation model,LDA topic model was used to carry out technology innovation risk topic aggregation based on the disclosure text of science and technology innovation board(the sci-tech board)enterprises,as well as ontology modeling technology was used to implement semantic association aggregation based on the cases of risk events,and then information service system framework for enterprise technology innovation risk was constructed,which included user demand layer,data resource layer,association aggregation layer and application service layer.Enterprise technology innovation risk topics cover uncertainties in technology,finance,personnel,production,management,market,policy,etc.Semantic association aggregation involves information extraction of four concepts:risk factor,risk event,risk impact and risk prevention.To carry out relevant information service,it is necessary to comprehensively consider"demand-driven"and"resource-oriented",and provide enterprise technology innovation risk portrait and intelligent decision-making service.
