摘 要:从整车方面考虑,结合零件设计、工艺设计、回弹补偿等进行研究,探讨其各自的影响因素及综合影响因素。结果表明:零件夹角与圆角的大小会影响后续工艺设计及回弹情况,当零件棱线夹角小于160°时更容易出现钣金件与塑件棱线R角不一致的缺陷。From the perspective of vehicle,and combined with parts design,process design,spring-back compensation and so on,the respective influencing factors and comprehensive influencing factors were discussed.The results showed that the size of the included angle and filleted corner of the parts would affect the subsequent process design and springback condition,when the includ-ed angle of the parts'chine line was less than 160°,it was more likely to cause defects such as in-consistent R angles between the chine line of sheet metal and plastic parts.
