成形系列化不同长度零件可柔性化调整的模具结构设计

摘　　要：针对不同长度系列的接水盘,如采用1种规格用1副模具成形的方式,经济性差,对不同长度系列接水盘拉深成形特点进行分析,找出系列化接水盘拉深成形的共性点,根据共性点采用系列化分段柔性组合的方式进行切断与拉深,局部根据拉深成形的特点进行叠加,解决了系列化接水盘宽度相同而长度不同的成形问题。For different lengths of serialized water trays,if one specification was formed by using one die,the economy was poor.The common points of drawing for serialized water trays were identified by analyzing the characteristics of drawing for serialized water trays with different lengths.Based on the common points,a series segmented flexible combination was used for cut-ting and drawing,and local stacking was carried out according to the characteristics of drawing to solve the forming problem of serialized water trays with the same width but different lengths.
