摘 要:针对带嵌件的塑件在注射成型过程中,侧向抽芯在复位时易与嵌件干涉的问题进行研究,对传统侧向抽芯结构进行改进,采用分体活动式抽芯结构,在合模前手动将镶件与嵌件放置在型芯内可解决该问题。考虑手动式效率低,将镶件设计成快换式,注射的同时手动将嵌件放置镶件内,注射完成后将镶件进行交换,进入下一注射周期,以提高生产效率。The problem of interference between side core-pulling and insert was studied during re-setting in the process of injection moulding of plastic parts with inserts.The traditional side core-pulling structure was improved,the separate movable core pulling structure was adopted,the prob-lem could be solved by manually placing inserts and die insert in the core before the mould clos-ing.Considering the low efficiency of manual type,the die insert was designed as a quick-change type,and the insert was placed in the die insert manually during injection.After finishing the injec-tion,the die insert was exchanged to enter the next injection cycle to improve production efficiency.
