摘  要:某国际综合港务设施项目1 600 t龙门起重机采用塔架液压整体提升的方法进行安装,文中根据龙门起重机最大提升总质量5 764 t确定了刚性腿侧2副提升塔架,柔性腿侧1副提升塔架,塔架竖立高度为137.36 m,每副提升塔架承载6个额定起重量为450 t的液压缸,总计18个液压缸的提升系统布置方案,并确定了提升塔架和主梁的缆风绳锚固位置。采用有限元分析对塔架的柱枝最大压力、杆件的应力比以及提升塔架上部的主要受力构件提升大梁、顶节1号梁和顶节2号梁的最大应力进行计算。结果表明,提升系统的安全性可满足龙门起重机的整体提升要求;通过有限元分析得到了提升塔架与主梁缆风绳张拉的最大受力与角度,据此提出了提升塔架承台和缆风绳地锚设计方案。The 1600 t gantry crane of an international comprehensive port facility project was installed by the method of tower hydraulic integral lifting.According to the maximum lifting total mass of gantry crane of 5 764 t,it was determined that the rigid leg side was equipped with two lifting towers,and the flexible leg side was equipped with one lifting tower with a height of 137.36 m,and each lifting tower carried six hydraulic cylinders with a rated lifting weight of 450 t,totaling 18 hydraulic cylinders,and the anchorage position of the cable wind rope of the lifting tower and the main beam was determined.The finite element analysis was carried out to calculate the maximum pressure of the column branches of the tower,the stress ratio of the members and the maximum stress of the main stress components in the upper part of the lifting tower,such as the lifting girder,the top section No.1 girder and the top section No.2 girder.The results show that the safety of the lifting system can meet the overall lifting requirements of the gantry crane.Through finite element analysis,the maximum stress and angle of tension between lifting tower and main girder cable wind rope were obtained,and the design plan of lifting tower cap and cable wind rope ground anchor is put forward accordingly.
