摘  要:针对渤海油田曹妃甸区块深层泥页岩井壁失稳导致钻井作业阻卡频发等问题,以提高钻井液封堵能力为重点攻关方向,对该区块应用的KCl聚合物钻井液体系进行室内研究改进。通过优选封堵材料与用量,形成一套适合该区块的高效封堵水基钻井液体系,并对体系的综合性能进行评价。结果表明:该体系具有良好的抑制性、封堵性,抗钙及抗钻屑污染能力强。现场应用表明:实钻钻井液性能稳定,滤失量小于4 mL,钻井作业时效92.8%,井壁稳定性较好,能为该区块深层油气资源的高效开发提供技术保障。In response to the frequent occurrence of drilling operation blockages caused by the instability of deep shale wellbore in the Caofeidian block of the Bohai oilfield,the key research direction is to improve the plugging ability of drilling fluid.The potassium chloride polymer drilling fluid system applied in this block was improved,and an efficient plugging water-based drilling fluid system suitable for this block was formed by optimizing the plugging materials and dosage indoors.The comprehensive performance of the system was evaluated.The experimental results showed that the system had good inhibitory,sealing,calcium resistance,and strong resistance to drilling debris pollution.The on-site application results showed that the performance of the actual drilling fluid was stable,the filtration was less than 4 mL,the drilling operation efficiency was 92.8%,and the wellbore stability was good,providing technical support for the efficient development of deep oil and gas resources in this block.
