摘  要:以某化工厂的废水为研究对象,建立了一种丙酮提纯回收工艺,并进行生产试验论证。采用单塔连续精馏工艺处理含丙酮双酚A(BPA)废水,精馏塔顶采用部分冷凝,冷凝液相作为回流。将未冷凝的气相丙酮作为产品采出,通过加压操作连续进入后续的焚烧装置。采用Aspen Plus V11流程模拟软件进行模拟,考察理论塔板数、进料位置、回流比对塔顶、塔釜丙酮含量和塔釜甲醇含量的影响,最终确定理论塔板数为25块,进料位置为第4块塔板,回流比为4。通过试验证实,汽提蒸汽量为780 kg/h时,塔釜废水中的甲醇和丙酮质量浓度降至50 mg/L以下,塔顶丙酮质量浓度达873 g/L,溶剂丙酮回收率可达99.0%。可见,此精馏工艺能够有效去除废水中的甲醇,并有效回收丙酮溶剂;相比一般精馏处理的方法,联合使用单塔连续精馏和焚烧的工艺能够有效降低能耗。该工艺在BPA生产中具有良好应用和推广价值。Based on the wastewater of a chemical plant,the process of acetone purification and production test was proposed.Acacetone in bisphenol A(BPA)wastewater was treated by single tower continuous distilla⁃tion process.The top of the distillation tower was treated by partial condensation,and the condensate phase acted as a reflux.Uncondensed gas-phase acetone was extracted as product and continuously entered into the subsequent incineration device through pressurized operation.The Aspen Plus V11 process simulation software was used to determine the effects of the theoretical tower number,feeding position,reflux ratio on the top,tower kettle and the methanol content of tower kettle.The theoretical tower number was 25,the feeding posi⁃tion was the fourth tower,and the reflux ratio was 4.It was proved that with the steam volume of 780 kg/h,the concentration of methanol and acetone in the wastewater of the tower kettle could be reduced to less than 50 mg/L,the acetone mass concentration of acetone at the top of the tower was 873 g/L,and the recovery rate of solvent acetone could reach 99.0%.The results showed that this distillation process could effectively remove methanol in wastewater and recover acetone solvent.Compared with the general distillation method,the com⁃bined use of single tower continuous distillation and incineration process can effectively reduce energy con⁃sumption.This process has good application and promotion value in the BPA production.
