摘　　要：在结构主义视域下,高水平竞技太极拳运动的赛前训练表现为一个由多个相互关联的部分组成的系统。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法等方法,以高水平竞技太极拳运动员赛前训练计划为研究对象,探讨高水平竞技太极拳运动员为了参加重大比赛所做的专门准备性训练过程,以及高水平竞技太极拳运动员能否在重大比赛期间出现最佳竞技状态,创造最佳运动成绩是否科学化、最佳化。本文的创新点在于将福建省高水平竞技太极拳运动员的赛前训练内容以模块化的方式进行区分,通过分析各模块之间的相互影响和调控措施,探究其多年来在中国竞技太极拳领域取得成功的关键因素,为高水平竞技太极拳运动员的赛前训练提供模块化的设计思路和模块化构建的基本理论依据。From the perspective of structuralism,the pre-competition training for high-level competitive Tai Chi athletes appears as a system composed of multiple interrelated parts.Based on structuralism,literature research,practical cases,and field visits,this paper takes the modular construction of pre-competition training for high-level competitive Tai Chi athletes as the research object.It explores the specialized preparatory training process undergone by high-level competitive Tai Chi athletes in preparation for major competitions.It also investigates whether high-level competitive Tai Chi athletes can achieve their optimal competitive state during major competitions and whether their training is scientific and optimized to achieve the best athletic performance.The innovation of this paper lies in distinguishing the pre-competition training content of high-level competitive Tai Chi athletes in Fujian Province in a modular way.By analyzing the mutual influence and regulatory measures among various modules,it explores the key factors that have contributed to the success of Chinese competitive Tai Chi over the years,providing modular design ideas and basic theoretical basis for the pre-competition training of high-level competitive Tai Chi athletes.
