摘  要:随着我国售电侧市场的开放,分布式交易逐渐成为促进分布式能源消纳的重要手段。然而分布式资源存在容量小、位置分散的特征,并且参与分布式交易市场的意愿并不强烈,如何设计面向分布式交易市场背景下的市场机制以及分布式资源优化运行策略十分关键。设计了一种基于主从-合作博弈的虚拟电厂优化运行与点对点(point to point,P2P)交易机制,包括计及内部P2P交易的虚拟电厂双层优化模型,采用基于主从-合作博弈形成的混合博弈描述虚拟电厂内部多主体决策博弈问题,并将非线性优化问题求解转化为2个最小化子问题与收益分配子问题。算例结果表明,所提模型为分布式资源用户提供了一种进一步提高响应效益的途径,有助于增强用户参与的积极性。With the reform of the electricity system and the opening of the retail electricity market,distributed trading has gradually become an important means to promote the consumption of distributed energy.However,distributed resources have the characteristics of small capacity and dispersed locations,and their willingness to participate in the distributed trading market is not strong.Therefore,designing market mechanisms and optimizing operation strategies for distributed resources in the context of the distributed trading market is crucial.This paper designs an optimization operation and point-to-point(P2P)trading mechanism for virtual power plants based on a leader-follower-cooperative game,including a bi-level optimization model for virtual power plants considering internal P2P trading.The internal multi-agent decision-making game of the virtual power plant is described using a mixed game formed by the leader-follower-cooperative game.The nonlinear optimization problem is transformed into two minimization subproblems and a revenue distribution subproblem.The results of the case study show that the proposed model provides a way for distributed resource users to further improve response benefits,which helps enhance user participation.
