摘 要:高校图书馆服务的话语表达深刻反映服务思维理念,本文借助语词工具分析国内外40所一流大学图书馆网站服务话语的语形、语义、语感、语法、语态特征及实现的意义,发现国内高校图书馆的服务话语倾向围绕馆藏和资源开展服务的物态语;国外高校图书馆则倾向围绕用户学术事业需要展开的事态语。数字环境下高校图书馆服务需从物态语转向事态语,构建多重意义关联的事态话语系统,以成就用户实现话语意义。图7。表4。参考文献34。The discourse expression of university library services deeply reflects the concept of service thinking.This article uses vocabulary tools to analyze the language form,semantics,language sense,grammar,voice characteristics,and implementation meanings of service discourse on the websites of 40 top university libraries at home and abroad.It is found that the service discourse of domestic university libraries is the state of things language,tending to revolve around their collections;foreign university libraries is the state of affairs language,tending to focus on academic needs of users.In the digital environment,the service of university libraries needs to shift from the language of things to the language of affairs,and construct a multi meaning related discourse system to enable users to achieve discourse meaning.7 figs.4 tabs.34 refs.
