摘　　要：国有企业在党的领导下积极开展学习教育活动,尤其是进入新时代以来,国有企业按照党中央的要求贯彻落实历次学习教育活动精神。党领导国有企业开展学习教育活动,现实原因是增强政治意识,强化政治观念,抵御各种不良思潮的影响;通过开展学习教育活动推动企业改革发展。其特点是以凝心聚力、提高生产积极性为主题;坚持原则性与实践性相统一;“大学习”与车间班组学习相结合。学习教育活动积累了丰富经验,这就是始终坚持党的领导,高质量开展学习教育活动;推动国企党组织学习教育向制度化、规范化发展;紧密围绕国企职能,强化学习教育落实;坚持以“国企人”为学习教育的作用对象。Under the leadership of the Party,state-owned enterprises actively carry out learning and education activities.Especially since entering the new era,they have implemented the spirit of previous learning and educational activities in accordance with the requirements of the Party Central Committee.The Party leads state-owned enterprises to carry out learning and educational activities,and the practical reason is to enhance political awareness,strengthen political concepts,and resist the influence of various negative ideological trends;so as to promote enterprise reform and development through conducting learning and educational activities.Its characteristics aim at the theme of gathering strength and improving production enthusiasm.At the same time,it is essential to adhere to the unity of principle and practicality;and combine“big learning”with workshop team learning.We can accumulate rich experience by learning and educational activities,always adhere to the leadership of the Party and carry out high-quality learning and educational activities.“State-owned enterprise employees”as the target of learning and education are to perfect the institutionalization and standardization of learning and education for state-owned enterprise Party organizations;closely focusing on the functions of state-owned enterprises and strengthening the implementation of learning and education.
