摘 要:以2,2'-硫代二异烟酸(H_(2)L)和1,10-菲咯啉(Phen)为配体,与Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O通过溶剂热法合成新型配位聚合物{[Zn(L)(Phen)]·H_(2)O}n(Zn-CP),并通过单晶X射线衍射、粉末X射线衍射、红外分析、元素分析和热重分析对Zn-CP进行表征。荧光研究结果表明:Zn-CP对金霉素(CTC)具有荧光猝灭响应,Zn-CP检测CTC在5.0~40.0μmol·L^(-1)范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为72.9μmol·L^(-1)。机理研究表明CTC对Zn-CP荧光的猝灭作用是由于能量竞争吸收导致。A 1D Zn‑based coordination polymer,{[Zn(L)(Phen)]·H_(2)O}_(n)(Zn‑CP),was synthesized by the solvothermal method using 2,2′‑thiodiisonicotinic acid(H_(2)L)and 1,10‑phenanthroline(Phen)as ligands.The structure of Zn‑CP was characterized by single‑crystal X‑ray diffraction,powder X‑ray diffraction,infrared analysis,elemental analysis,and thermogravimetric analysis.The results of the fluorescence studies demonstrated that Zn‑CP exhibited a fluorescence quenching response to the chlortetracycline(CTC).In addition,Zn‑CP exhibited excellent sensitivity and a rapid response time of 30 s,while maintaining a high detection efficacy after five cycles.A strong linear relationship was observed within the detection range of 5.0‑40.0μmol·L^(-1),with a detection limit of 72.9μmol·L^(-1).The fluorescence mechanism studies indicate that the quenching sensing effect of Zn‑CP on CTC is a consequence of energy competition absorption.CCDC:2372591.
