摘  要:以多齿席夫碱(E)-2-羟基-3-甲氧基-N'-(6-甲氧基吡啶-2-亚甲基)苯并酰肼(H_(2)L)为配体,与Ln(dbm)3·6H_(2)O(Hdbm=二苯甲酰甲烷)反应,通过溶剂热法,成功设计并构筑了3例新的四核稀土配合物[Ln_(4)(dbm)_(6)(L)_(2)(μ_(2)-OCH_(3))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)]·x CH_(3)OH[Ln=Eu(1)、Tb (2)、Tm (3),x=3 (1)、0 (2)、0 (3)]。单晶X射线衍射结构表明:1~3的结构相似,配位单元主要由4个Ln^(Ⅲ)、6个dbm-、2个L^(2)-、2个μ_(2)-OCH_(3)及2个配位的CH_(3)OH组成。4个中心LnⅢ通过6个μ_(2)-O原子相互连接,呈线型四核结构。固体荧光实验测试表明:1和2在室温下表现出稀土的荧光特征发射峰。此外,抗菌活性研究表明,与配体H_(2)L和稀土离子相比,1~3具有更强的抗菌活性。采用紫外光谱法、循环伏安法和荧光光谱法研究了1~3与小牛胸腺DNA之间的相互作用,结果表明1~3与小牛胸腺DNA的相互作用为插入结合。Three new tetranuclear lanthanide‑based complexes,namely[Ln_(4)(dbm)_(6)(L)_(2)(μ_(2)‑OCH_(3))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)]·xCH_(3)OH[Ln=Eu(1),Tb(2),and Tm(3);x=3(1),0(2),and 0(3);Hdbm=dibenzoylmethane],were successfully designed and constructed by using a polydentate Schiff base(E)‑2‑hydroxy‑3‑methoxy‑N′‑(6‑methoxy‑pyridine‑2‑methylene)benzoylhydrazine(H_(2)L)reacting with Ln(dbm)_(3)·6H_(2)O via solvothermal method.Single crystal X‑ray diffraction analysis shows that the coordination units of 1‑3 comprise four Ln^(Ⅲ)ions,six dbm-ligands,two L_(2)-ligands,twoμ_(2)‑OCH_(3) ligands,and two coordinated CH_(3)OH molecules.Four central Ln^(Ⅲ)ions are interlinked by sixμ^(2)‑O atoms displaying a linear tetranuclear structure.Solid fluorescence tests show that 1 and 2 exhibited fluorescence emission peaks of Lnions at room temperature.In addition,antibacterial studies indicate that 1‑3 had stronger antibacterial activity than ligand H_(2)L and Lnions.The interaction between 1‑3 and calf thymus DNA(CT‑DNA)was studied by ultraviolet spectroscopy,cyclic voltammetry,and fluorescence spectrometry.The results indicate that 1‑3 are primarily intercalated with CT‑DNA.CCDC:2258753,1;2258754,2;2258756,3.
