摘 要:目的对耳念珠菌(Candida auris)的全球研究进行文献计量和可视化分析,揭示其研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为后续研究提供理论参考。方法检索2013年1月1日—2024年7月1日期间Web of Science核心合集数据库中与耳念珠菌相关的文献,利用CiteSpace软件对发文数量、年度分布、主要研究国家和机构、作者合作网络及关键词共现等进行系统分析。结果自2019年3月以来,耳念珠菌研究热度显著增加,主要集中在抗真菌药物研究、体外实验研究、侵袭性念珠菌病、基因组学研究和快速诊断技术等方面。全球合作网络分析显示,美国在耳念珠菌研究中处于主导地位,但合作网络较为分散,印度、荷兰和南非的研究机构表现出较高的合作密度和中心性。核心作者合作网络中,Chowdhary、Berrio和Hagen等研究者形成了密集的合作群体。并且结果分析显示,近年来研究热点逐渐向新型抗真菌疗法和药物设计方向转移,特别是抗真菌药物敏感性检测和质谱分析技术的应用。结论作为新兴的多重耐药病原体,近年来耳念珠菌研究正迅速发展,其研究领域逐渐向新型治疗方法和快速诊断技术方向拓展,因此国际间研究与合作应更加深入和广泛。Objective To conduct a bibliometric and visualisation analysis of global research on Candida auris,to reveal the current status,hotspots and development trends of its research,and to provide theoretical references for subsequent related studies.Methods Literature related to Candida auris was searched in the Web of Science Core Collection database from January 2013 to July 2024,and systematic analyses of the number of publications,annual distribution,major research countries and institutions,author collaboration networks,and keyword co-occurrences were carried out using CiteSpace software.Results Since March 2019,there hadbeen a significant increase in the Candida auris research,mainly focusing on antifungal drug research,in vitro experimental research,invasive candidiasis,genomics research,and rapid diagnostic techniques.Global collaborative network analysis showed that the United States dominated in Candida auris research,but the collaborative network was fragmented,with research institutions in India,the Netherlands and South Africa showing high collaboration density and centrality.In the core author collaboration network,researchers such as Chowdhary,Berrio and Hagen formed a dense collaboration group.And the analysis of the results showed that the research hotspots hadgradually shifted towards novel antifungal therapies and drug design in recent years,especially the application of antifungal drug susceptibility testing and mass spectrometry techniques.Conclusion The research on emerging multidrug-resistant pathogen Candida auris is developing rapidly in recent years,and theresearch field is gradually expanding towards novel therapeutic methods and rapid diagnostic techniques.The international research and cooperation should be deeper and more extensive.
