摘  要:目的对分离于新疆乌鲁木齐和阿克苏地区头癣患者的犬小孢子菌(Microsporum canis,M.canis)进行基因分型研究。方法基于多位点微卫星分型技术(multilocus microsatellite typing,MLMT)对分离于新疆两个地区儿童头癣的犬小孢子菌进行基因多态性分析。结果多位点微卫星分型法将40株犬小孢子菌共分为17个等位基因型,11个微卫星位点分别可以检测到2~4个等位基因,聚类分析将40株菌分为6类(Cluster1-Cluster6)。结论新疆乌鲁木齐和阿克苏地区的犬小孢子菌具有一定的基因多态性,其中南疆阿克苏地区菌株既有其独特的基因型,又有与北疆乌鲁木齐菌株相同的基因型。Objective To study the genetic polymorphism of Microsporum canis isolated from patients with tinea capitis in Urumqi and Aksu regions of Xinjiang.Methods Genetic polymorphism analysis of Microsporum canis isolated from children with tinea capitis in two regions of Xinjiang based on multilocus microsatellite typing technique.Results Multilocus microsatellite typing classified 40 strains of Microsporum canis into a total of 17 genotypes.Eleven microsatellite loci can detect two to four alleles each.Cluster analysis classified the 40 strains into six categories.Conclusions Micrococcus canis in Urumqi and Aksu regions of Xinjiang has certain genetic polymorphisms,among which strains from Aksu in southern Xinjiang have both their unique genotypes and the same genotypes as strains from Urumqi in northern Xinjiang.
