平常念珠菌致菌血症及尿路感染1例并文献复习

摘　　要：患者,女,66岁,因“血糖增高12年,发热、乏力伴下肢活动受限1 d”由120急救车转运入院。患者突发双下肢乏力,无法行走,近1天未进食,门诊急查血糖29 mmol/L,经血培养及尿培养诊断为平常念珠菌血症及尿路感染,根据血药敏结果选择伏立康唑片口服治疗,后根据药物的药动学/药效学选择氟康唑胶囊口服治疗,最终痊愈出院。A 66-year-old female patient was transferred to hospital by 120 emergency vehicle due to"elevated blood glucose for 12 years,fever with limited lower limb movement for 1 day".The patient suddenly developed weakness in both lower limbs and was unable to walk.He had not eaten for nearly 1 day,and his blood sugar was 29mmol/L after emergency check in the outpatient department.After admission,she was diagnosed with common candidemia and urinary tract infection through blood culture and urine culture.Oral voriconazole was selected for treatment according to blood sensitivity results,and fluconazole was selected for oral treatment according to drug PK/PD later.Finally,she was cured and discharged.
