亲属同患皮肤癣菌感染4例

摘　　要：例1女6岁,例2女(例1妹妹)4岁,分别表现为头顶部(例1)和右侧颞部(例2)圆形脱发区1个多月,无自觉症状。例3男4岁,头顶见多处白色厚鳞屑脱发区,其母亲(例4)右侧胸部见圆形、边缘清楚红斑,无自觉症状。患者均有猫接触史,通过真菌镜检、真菌培养及皮肤镜检查等诊断为头癣及体癣(犬小孢子菌引起)。口服伊曲康唑,外用特比萘芬、氟曲马唑软膏后转阴。A 6-year-old girl(case 1)and a 4-year-old girl(case 2)were sisters.They presented with circular hair loss areas at the top of the head(case 1)and right temporal region(case 2)for more than a month respectively,with no conscious symptoms.Case 3,a boy 4 years old,had multiple white thick scale hair loss areas on the top of his head.His mother(case 4)had a circular,well-defined erythema on the right chest,without any conscious symptoms.All the patients had a history of contact with cats,and were diagnosed with tinea capitis and tinea corporis(caused by Microsporium canis)through fungal microscopy,fungal culture,and skin microscopy.After taking oral itraconazole,using external terbinafine and flutramazole ointment,all patients were cured.
