慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺感染溜曲霉2例

摘　　要：我院收治的2例(1例女性74岁,1例男性75岁)慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,均表现为咳嗽、咳痰,胸憋气短,通过多次深部痰培养及质谱鉴定确诊为合并肺溜曲霉感染,根据药敏实验结果给予相应抗真菌药物(伏立康唑)治疗后患者症状好转出院。Two patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(one female aged 74 and one male aged 75)admitted to our hospital were diagnosed as complicated with pulmonary Aspergillus tamarii infection.They were identified by matter-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry in microbiology department and drug sensitivity test was performed.According to the results of drug sensitivity test,the patients were treated with voliconazole.
