摘　　要：蒋子龙对于新时期改革文学潮流具有开创性贡献。他以《乔厂长上任记》《开拓者》等作品,典型而集中地展现了中国大地上涌动的变革热望,以及改革的可能性与必要性,由此拉开了改革文学的大幕。蒋子龙改革小说的影响超越了文学范畴扩展到了社会层面,并切实地参与推动了民族改革的进程。2018年庆祝改革开放40周年大会上,党中央、国务院授予蒋子龙“改革先锋”称号,评其为“改革文学”作家的代表。无论从哪个层面上来研究改革文学,作为改革小说标识的蒋子龙及其创作都是绕不过去的存在。系统梳理蒋子龙的文学创作,透视其风格特色,可以整体上理解改革文学,进而把握转型时代中国社会的变革思潮与风尚。Jiang Zilong made pioneering contributions to the reform literature of the late 1970s and early 198Os.He used novels such as“Director Qiao's Appointment”to showcase the fervent desire for change,as well as the possibility and necessity of reform,on the land of China,typical and concentrated,thus opening the curtain of reform literature.The influence of Jiang Zilong's reform novels went beyond the scope of literature and expanded to the social level,participating in and promoting the process of national reform.At the 2018 celebration of the 40th anniversary of reform and opening up,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council awarded Jiang Zilong the title of“Pioneer of Reform”and praised him as a representative of“Reform Literature”writers.Regardless of the level of research on reform literature,Jiang Zilong and his creations are an unavoidable existence,and he has become a symbol of reform literature to some extent.By systematically analyzing Jiang Zilong's literary creations and examining their stylistic features,we can gain an overall understanding of reform literature and grasp the changing trends of Chinese society during the transitional era.
