摘 要:木材表面耐光老化处理是提升其光稳定性的有效途径之一。研究以杉木粉为碳源,通过水热反应制备初级碳纳米点(carbondots, CDs),再以四甲基哌啶胺化合物(tetramethylpiperidin-amine,TAM)为表面功能化修饰剂,获得以哌啶胺功能化的碳纳米点(TAM-CDs)。采用荧光光谱和表面色度参数测试等方法分析TAM-CDs的光学性能和TAM-CDs浸渍处理非洲白梧桐(Triplochiton scleroxylon)薄木的性能,运用CIE色度坐标探究功能化木材黄变过程的色度变化规律。结果表明,合成的TAM-CDs平均粒径约5 nm,其水溶液具有较好的紫外线吸收性能,最大荧光发射波长为448 nm;CIE色度坐标变化轨迹揭示TAM-CDs具有良好的抑制木材表面黄变效果,可显著延缓木材表面的光老化行为。To improve the photostability of decorative wood,the ultra violet(UV)light-resistant and anti-discoloration treatment is an effective strategy.The primary carbon dots(CDs)were prepared through a hydrothermal reaction using Chinese fir wood powder and water as the solvent.Novel functionalized carbon dots(TAM-CDs)with tetramethylpiperidin-amine(TAM)were synthesized through a hydrothermal-assisted coupling reaction.The ayus(Triplochiton scleroxylon)veneer treated with TAM-CDs was characterized by fluorescence spectroscopy and chrominance parameters methods.The optical properties of TAM-CDs and their application on the veneer surface were investigated.The surface CIE coordinates were applied to analyze the color change of veneer during yellowing process.The results show that the size of the synthesized TAM-CDs is relatively uniform with an average size of about 5 nm.The aqueous solution of TAM-CDs,demonstrating good UV absorption performance,exhibited a maximum fluorescence emission wavelength at 448 nm.The track of CIE coordinate showed that TAM-CDs effectively inhibited the yellowing defect of wood surface,and significantly delaying the long-term anti-discoloration behavior of wood materials exposed to sunlight and UV light.
