摘 要:该试验旨在通过典型相关分析方法,探讨猪精液冷冻前后的表观指标之间的相关性,了解冷冻过程对猪精液质量的影响。试验选取了30头1~2岁的健康公猪(法系长白、大白各15头)的精液分别冻了2~4次,对精液冷冻前的预稀释活率、活力、密度等指标,以及冷冻后的活力、校正活力和解冻后10 min与2 h的平均活力进行分析。结果表明:试验所选用种猪精液冻前密度的变异系数达到了42.14%,样品的覆盖较全面。解冻后10 min平均活力与预稀释活率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。解冻后10 min平均活率与预稀释活力呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与预稀释活率呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。解冻后2 h的平均校正活率与预稀释活率呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。第一、二对典型相关系数分别为0.639和0.580。第一对典型相关的共享方差达到0.408,表明原精质量对冻精质量的贡献比例可以达到40.8%。通过典型相关分析,冻前精液质量指标与冻后精液指标之间的相关性由简单相关的最高0.538提高到综合指标U1与V1之间的0.639,表明典型相关分析能够较好地利用冻前精液指标预测冻后精液质量。This study aimed to investigate the correlation between the apparent indicators of boar semen before and after freezingusing canonical correlation analysis, to understand the impact of the freezing process on semen quality. Semen from 30 healthy boars aged 1 to 2 years (15 French Landrace and 15 Large White) was frozen 2 to 4 times. The pre-freeze indicators, including tionmotility, viability, and density, as well as post-freeze indicators, such as motility, corrected motility, and the average motility at 10minutes and 2 hours after thawing, were analyzed. The results showed that the coefficient of variation for semen density beforefreezing was 42.14% , indicating comprehensive coverage of the samples. The average activity at 10 min after thawing wassignificantly positively correlated with the pre-dilution activity (P < 0.01). The average viability at 10 min after thawing wassignificantly positively correlated with pre-dilution viability (P < 0.05) and extremely significantly positively correlated withpre-dilution viability (P < 0.01). The average corrected viability at 2 h after thawing was significantly positively correlated with thepre-dilution viability (P < 0.05). The first and second pairs of canonical correlation coefficients were 0.639 and 0.580, respectively.The shared variance of the first pair of canonical correlations reached 0.408, indicating that the quality of raw semen couldcontribute up to 40.8% to the quality of frozen semen. Through canonical correlation analysis, the correlation between pre-freezeand post-freeze semen quality indicators improved from a maximum simple correlation of 0.538 to 0.639 between thecomprehensive indicators U1 and V1, indicating that canonical correlation analysis can better utilize pre-freeze semen indicators topredict post-freeze semen quality.
