摘　　要：该文基于肉牛产业高质量发展的现实基础,从品种资源、区域布局、经验做法、存在的问题阐述了新疆肉牛产业发展详情,并提出实现新疆肉牛产业高质量发展的4条路径:高度重视肉牛产业发展、加固肉牛产业地位;优化产业区域区划布局、快速提升优势产区产能;加大肉牛种业扶持力度,提升新疆种业竞争力;促进产业高度融合发展、打造新疆本地智慧牛谷。Based on the realistic basis of high-quality development of beef cattle industry, this paper expounds the details of the developmentof Xinjiang beef cattle industry from variety resources, regional layout, experience and practice, and existing problems,and puts forward four ways to achieve high-quality development of Xinjiang beef cattle industry: attaching great importance to thedevelopment of beef cattle industry, strengthening the status of beef cattle industry;Optimize the industrial regional layout, andquickly improve the production capacity of advantageous producing areas. Strengthen the support of beef cattle seed industry to en-hance the competitiveness of Xinjiang seed industry. To promote the highly integrated development of industries and create a localsmart cattle valley in Xinjiang.
