摘　　要：该文从服务网络、技术队伍、发展模式、品种结构等方面系统总结了湖北省肉牛品种改良现状,详细介绍了在工作管理、良种繁育体系、政策扶持等方面存在的问题,提出了完善工作机制、优化保障体系、健全良种繁育体系等建议,以期促进湖北省肉牛品种改良工作高质量可持续发展。This article systematically summarizes the beef situation of beef breed improvement in Hubei Province from the aspects ofservice network, technical team, development mode, and breed structure, provides a detailed introduction to the problems of workmanagement, breeding system, and policy support, In order to promote high-quality and sustainable development of beef breed improvementin Hubei Province, some suggestions were put forward, such as improving work mechanisms, optimizing guarantee systems,and improving breeding systems.
