鹿血晶治疗恶性实体肿瘤化疗所致血小板减少症的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的 观察鹿血晶对肿瘤化疗所致血小板减少症(chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia,CIT)患者的临床疗效。方法 将124例因肿瘤化疗致血小板减少症的患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组62例给予鹿血晶联合化疗所致血小板减少症常规治疗,对照组62例给予化疗所致血小板减少症常规治疗。检测两组治疗后第4天、第7天、第10天、第14天血常规,观察两组升高血小板的疗效。结果 治疗组有效率在治疗的第4天、第7天、第10天、第14天均高于对照组。在用药4天时,治疗组有效率较对照组高,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在用药7天、10天、14天时两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。血小板≥100×10^(9)/L和提高血小板计数绝对值>50×10^(9)/L所需天数,治疗组为7.35天,对照组为8.39天,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组血小板恢复所用时间较短。在体力状况恢复方面,治疗前后体力状况两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组较对照组体力状况明显恢复。结论 肿瘤化疗所致血小板减少症患者联合使用鹿血晶可安全、有效、更快地提高血小板,缩短治疗时间,恢复体力状况,使患者获得更好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the efficacy of cervus blood granule on patients with chemotherapy-induced thrombocytopenia(CIT).Methods A total of 124 patients with CIT were divided into two groups by the random number table method.The treatment group including 62 patients was treated by cervus blood granule combined with CIT conventional therapy.The control group including 62 patients was treated by CIT conventional therapy.Blood routine tests were performed on the 4th,7th,10th,and 14th day of treatment,and the efficacy of increasing platelet was observed in the two groups.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group on the 4th,7th,10th,and 14th day of treatment.On the 4th day of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference between the two groups on the 7th,10th and 14th day of medication(P>0.05).As for the recovery time of platelet≥100×10^(9)/L and absolute platelet count>50×10^(9)/L,the treatment group was 7.35 days,while the control group was 8.39 days,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of platelet in the treatment group was shorter.In terms of physical recovery,there was a statistically significant difference in physical condition between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the physical condition of the treatment group significantly recovered compared with that of the control group after treatment.Conclusion Cervus blood granule combined with CIT conventional therapy can safely,effectively,and quickly increase platelet,shorten treatment time,restore physical status,and enable better clinical efficacy for CIT patients.
