摘　　要：王昌俊教授为广东省名中医,擅长各类肿瘤的中医治疗、老年疾病的综合治疗,在治疗老年晚期胰腺癌这个病种上也积累了丰富的临床经验,他强调应重视老年群体肿瘤的生长特点,中西医结合、内外治结合,为每位患者拟定个体化诊疗方案,才能改善临床症状,提高生存质量,延长生存期。本文对其中医药治疗老年晚期胰腺癌的独到经验进行挖掘和总结。As a famous Chinese medicine doctor in Guangdong,Professor WANG Changjun is good at Chinese medicine treatment of various tumors and comprehensive treatment of geriatric diseases.Professor Wang has accumulated rich clinical experience in treating advanced pancreatic cancer in the elderly.He emphasizes that attention should be paid to the growth characteristics of tumors in the elderly population,combining Chinese and western medicine,internal and external treatment,and formulating individualized diagnosis and treatment plans for each patient,in order to improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and prolong survival of patients.This article explored and summarized Professor Wang’s unique experience of Chinese medicine in treating advanced pancreatic cancer in the elderly.
