摘　　要：玄府具有遍布全身、联系内外、形态微细、功能齐全的特点,是中医学对人体微观结构的认识。腹泻是恶性肿瘤靶向治疗后常见的不良反应之一,影响着患者的生活质量、药物疗效及患者对药物的依从性。目前西医治疗尚未有特效药,主要为对症治疗。本文基于玄府理论学说,探讨靶向药物相关性腹泻的临床诊疗,以期发展中医对其独具特色且优势的治法,为中医药治疗靶向药物相关性疾病开拓新的思路。Xuanfu has the characteristics of covering the whole body,connecting inside and outside,subtle shape,and complete function,which is the understanding of microstructure of human body in traditional Chinese medicine.Diarrhea is one of the common adverse reactions after targeted therapy for malignant tumor,which affects the quality of life,drug efficacy,and drug compliance of patients.At present,there is no specific drug for western medicine treatment,and it is mainly symptomatic treatment.Based on the“Xuanfu theory”,this paper discussed the clinical prevention and treatment of targeted drug-related diarrhea,in order to develop unique and advantageous treatment in traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore new ideas for targeted treatment of drug-related diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
