摘  要:湘研红一号是湖南湘研种业有限公司以羊角椒自交系RT19-273为母本,以羊角椒自交系RT18-209-3-1-1-1为父本选育而成的杂交一代,早熟性好,果实羊角形,果长16.4 cm左右,果宽3.2 cm左右,单果质量40~50 g,干制率17%左右,干椒667 m^(2)产量600 kg左右,果实青果为深绿色,成熟果为红色,果表光亮,辣椒红素含量高,色价328 ASTA,辣度610 SHU左右,味微辣,干后少皱,单株挂果多,易采摘,适合作干椒加工。中抗疫病、炭疽病,感病毒病,综合抗性强,适宜在甘肃、新疆、内蒙古等地春夏季露地栽培。Xiangyanhong No.1 is a first-generation hybrid developed by crossing RT19-273 as female parent and RT18-209-3-1-1-1 as male parent.This cultivar is early maturing and the fruit is sheep horn-shaped.The fruit is 16.4 cm in length,3.2 cm in width,and 40-50 g in single weight.The drying rate is about 17%,and the yield of dry pepper is about 600 kg per 667 m^(2).The green fruit is dark green and the mature fruit is red with the shiny surface.It is high in capsaicin content,328 ASTA in color value,about 610 SHU in light pungency and few wrinkles after dried.The single plant has many fruits and is easy to pick,which is suitable for dry pepper processing.It is moderately resistant to epidemic disease and anthracnose,sensitive to virus diseases.And it has strong overall disease resistance.This cultivar is suitable for open-field cultivation in Gansu,Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia in spring and summer.
