不同种植方式对哈密瓜果实质量和品质的影响

摘  要:为节约用苗量,达到节本增效的目的,以适宜武汉地区种植的哈密瓜品种都蜜5号为试验材料,在保证每667 m^(2)坐瓜数量一致的情况下,分析不同种植方式对哈密瓜质量和品质的影响。结果表明,与种植密度为1600株/667 m^(2)的处理相比,种植密度800株/667 m^(2)处理的哈密瓜的裂瓜率显著降低,果实均匀度也降低;吊2蔓处理的单瓜质量、横径和纵径均显著高于吊1蔓地爬1蔓处理;种植密度和吊蔓方式对果实可溶性固形物含量无显著影响。由此可见,种植密度800株/667 m^(2)、吊2蔓、坐2瓜的轻简种植方式是可行的,但应加强田间管理,提高果实均匀度。In order to save seedling costs and increase efficiency,taking the Hami melon cultivar Dumi No.5 suitable for planting in Wuhan area as the experiment material,the effects of four cultivation methods on the fruit weight and quality were studied.The four cultivation methods were 1600 plants/667 m^(2) hanging 1 vine and leaving 1 fruit,1600 plants/667 m^(2) hanging 2 vines and leaving 1 fruit,800 plants/667 m^(2) hanging 1 vine and leaving 2 fruits,800 plants/667 m^(2) hanging 2 vines and leaving 2 fruits.The results showed that compared to the treatments of 1600 plants/667 m^(2),the cracking rate and the fruit uniformity of the treatments of 800 plants/667 m^(2) significantly reduced.The single melon weight,fruit transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter of the treatments of hanging 2 vines were significantly higher than those of the treatments of hanging 1 vine.There was no significant influence on the soluble sugar content of fruit among different treatments.Therefore,the simplified planting method of 800 plants/667 m^(2) hanging 2 vines and leaving 2 fruits was feasible,but the field management should be strengthened to improve the uniformity of the fruits.
