摘 要:为探明芒果种子成熟胎萌过程中矿质元素和酶的变化对芒果胎萌发生的影响,以凯特芒果品种为试材,研究了种子成熟胎萌过程中N、P、K、Ca、Mg含量和POD、SOD、CAT、α-AMY、LPS、ACP活性的动态变化规律。结果表明,N、P含量逐渐显著升高,Ca含量逐渐显著降低,K、Mg含量变化不显著,含量依次为N>K>P>Mg>Ca;含量比值N/Ca、P/Ca、K/Ca和Mg/Ca均呈逐渐升高趋势,比值大小为N/Ca>K/Ca>P/Ca>Mg/Ca;酶活性变化均呈先升高再降低趋势,酶活性依次为POD>CAT>SOD>LPS>α-AMY>ACP;N、P、Ca含量之间呈极显著相关性,酶活性之间除SOD与CAT外为显著或极显著相关,矿质元素含量与酶活性之间相关性不显著。综上,高N、P含量和低Ca含量促进种子成熟胎萌,较高的N/Ca、P/Ca是种子成熟转胎萌的关键因素,在清除种子胎萌产生和积累的活性氧过程中POP起主要作用,在调控贮藏物质代谢和转化为种子胎萌生长提供物质和能量过程中LPS起主要作用。To explore the effects of the variation in mineral elements and enzymes during the stage from mature development to the vivipary stage of mango seeds.The Keitt variety of mango was selected as the experimental material to study the dynamic variation in the contents of N,P,K,Ca,and Mg and the activities of peroxidase(POD),superoxide dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),α-amylase(α-AMY),lipase(LPS)and acid phosphatase(ACP).The results revealed that the contents of N and P significantly increased,whereas the content of Ca showed a remarkable decrease.There was no notable change in the contents of K and Mg,and the order of mineral element contents was N>K>P>Mg>Ca.The content ratios of N/Ca,P/Ca,K/Ca,and Mg/Ca were gradually increased,with the order of N/Ca>K/Ca>P/Ca>Mg/Ca.The variations in enzyme activity trended to increase first and then decrease,and the order of the enzyme activity was as follows:POD>CAT>SOD>LPS>α-AMY>ACP.There was an extremely significant correlation among the contents of N,P,and Ca.In addition to SOD and CAT activities,there was a significant or extremely significant correlation between enzyme activities.However,the correlation between mineral element contents and enzyme activities was not remarkable.In conclusion,high contents of N and P and low contents of Ca facilitate the process of mature seed development,and high N/Ca and P/Ca ratios are the critical factors for mature seed development to vivipary.POP plays a leading role in clearing active oxygen species produced and accumulated during the vivipary of seeds.LPS plays a prime role in regulating the metabolism and transformation of storage substances to provide substances and energy for the vivipary of seeds.
