摘 要:为探究米老排(Mytilaria laosensis Lec.)幼苗在干旱胁迫下的生长、生理响应,为其苗期栽培与水分控制提供参考依据,以1年生米老排实生苗为对象,采用盆栽称重控水法对其进行水分控制,以土壤含水率80%~85%为对照(CK),设置3个干旱水平——轻度干旱T1(土壤含水率65%~70%)、中度干旱T2(土壤含水率50%~55%)和重度干旱T3(土壤含水率35%~40%)。对不同处理下米老排幼苗的生长、生理指标进行测定和分析。结果表明:干旱胁迫对米老排幼苗的生长、生物量积累及生理特性均产生显著影响。随着干旱程度的增加,米老排幼苗株高、地径增长量和总鲜重下降,总干重、SOD酶活性、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量均呈先升后降的趋势,POD酶活性以及游离脯氨酸含量则呈逐渐上升。隶属函数分析表明,米老排能耐受轻度干旱,此时幼苗综合状况最好,因此在栽培米老排幼苗时应控制其土壤含水率在65%~85%,低于此范围的土壤含水率不利于幼苗的生长发育。To study the growth and physiological response of Mytilaria laosensis Lec.seedlings under drought stress and provide a reference for cultivation and water control at the seedling stage.In this study,the 1-year-old M.laosensis seedlings were taken as the objects,and the pot-weighing water control method was adopted to control their water content.The soil water content of 80%‒85%was that of the CK.Three drought levels were set:mild drought T1(soil moisture content 65%-70%),moderate drought T2(soil moisture content 50%-55%),and severe drought T3(soil moisture content 35%-40%).The growth and physiological indexes of old M.laosensis seedlings under different treatments were measured and analyzed.The results showed that drought stress had significant effects on the growth,biomass accumulation,and physiological characteristics of the seedlings.With the increasing degree of drought,plant height,ground diameter,and total fresh weight decreased;total dry weight,SOD activity,chlorophyll content,and soluble sugar content first increased and then decreased;and POD enzyme activity and free proline content gradually increased.Membership function analysis revealed that the seedlings could withstand mild drought,and the comprehensive condition of the seedlings was the best.Therefore,the soil moisture content of the seedlings should be controlled in the range of 65%-85%,and the soil moisture content below this range is not conducive to the growth and development of the seedlings.
