摘　　要：为明确海南省文昌市草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith)种群发生情况和趋势。文章采用灯诱和性诱两种方法,在海南省文昌市设置2个灯诱监测点和30个性诱监测点,对草地贪夜蛾成虫进行监测。结果表明:总体看,灯诱效果比性诱效果好,高空灯比虫情测报灯效果好,灯诱监测诱捕到的总雌蛾量301头与总雄蛾量34头相比,差异显著。高空灯在2020年第11号台风“红霞”登陆后出现诱虫最高峰(2020年9月19日),虫量达101头,雌雄比约为11.67∶1.00。性诱结果表明,草地贪夜蛾种群发生动态呈双峰型,两个峰值分别出现在2020年10月和2021年4月,月均温度分别为25和26℃。最高诱蛾量出现在铺前镇东村,2020年10月平均诱蛾量为29.67头。研究结果可为热带海岛草地贪夜蛾的防控奠定基础。The objective of this study was to clarify the population occurrence of Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith)in Wenchang City.In this study,adults of S.frugiperda were monitored at two light trapping sites and 30 pheromone trapping sites in Wenchang,Hainan Province.The results revealed that the trapping effects of the searchlight trap and the light trap were greater than that of the pheromone trap,and the result of the searchlight trap was better than that of the light trap.The total number of female moths captured by the searchlight trap and light trap was 301,and the total number of male moths captured was 34.The peak of insect trapping occurred on September 19,2020,after typhoon“Hongxia”the 11th typhoon in 2020,with 101 insects and a male-female ratio of 11.67:1.The results indicated that the population dynamics exhibited a bimodal pattern,with two peaks in October 2020 and April 2021,respectively,and the monthly average temperatures were 25 and 26℃,respectively.The highest trapping population occurred in the East Village of Puqian Town,with an average trapping population of 29.67 in October 2020.These results lay a foundation for the prevention and control of S.frugiperda on tropical islands.
