摘　　要：中华民族现代文明首先是作为一个政策话语在党和国家的重要会议中被提出的。就话语结构而言,它是一个复合型话语,包括“中华民族”“现代”“文明”三个要素,其中“中华民族”体现了话语的主体性,“现代”明确了话语的方向性,“文明”界定了话语的本质性,具有原创性、系统性与发展性的整体特点。话语生成的背后有着深刻的理论渊源,马克思主义为中华民族现代文明提供理论支撑,中华文明为中华民族现代文明提供思想滋养,西方现代文明是中华民族现代文明的批判性借鉴对象。在新的起点,推进中华民族现代文明建设,要重点从以下几个方面着手:坚定文化自信,彰显“中华民族”主体性要求,走自信自强之路;秉持开放包容,把握“现代”方向性要求,走交流互鉴之路;坚持守正创新,深化“文明”本质性要求,走内在跃升之路。Modern Chinese Civilization was firstly put forward as a policy discourse in important conferences of the Party and the state.As for discourse structure,it is a composite discourse,including three elements of“Chinese nation”,“modernity”and“civilization”.“Chinese nation”embodies the subjectivity of the discourse,“modernity”clarifies its directionality,and“civilization”defines its essence.The discourse has the overall characteristics of originality,systematicness and development.Behind the discourse generation stands a profound theoretical origin:Marxism provides theoretical support for modern Chinese Civilization,Chinese civilization offers ideological nourishment for it,and modern Western civilization works as its critical reference.To promote the construction of modern Chinese Civilization at this new starting point,we must firmly uphold cultural self-confidence and highlight the subjectivity of“Chinese nation”to take the path of self-confidence and self-improvement;carry forward openness and inclusiveness and grasp the directional requirements of“modernity”to take the path of cultural exchanges and mutual learning;and adhere to the principle of upholding the fundamentals while making innovations and deepen the essential requirements of“civilization”to take the path of internal improvement.
