摘　　要：目的探讨反馈-问题解决为导向的护理干预在行肘腕关节镜手术治疗桡骨远端骨折患者中的应用。方法选取2022年1—12月行肘腕关节镜手术患者152例为研究对象,按照组间基本资料具有可比性的原则将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组76例。对照组围术期行常规性护理指导,观察组围术期行反馈-问题解决为导向的护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后自护能力(采用自我护理能力量表)、腕关节活动度、腕关节功能(采用Gartland—Werley腕关节评分)、锻炼依从性、并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果干预后,观察组患者自护能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后3个月的腕关节活动度大于对照组,Gartland-Werley腕关节评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);功能锻炼依从率、护理满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论反馈-问题解决为导向的护理能有效提升肘腕关节镜手术患者自护能力,提升患者术后参与功能锻炼的依从性,有效预防相关并发症,改善患者预后,从而提升患者护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of feedback-problem solving oriented nursing intervention in patients undergoing elbow and wrist arthroscopic surgery for distal radius fractures.Methods A total of 152 patients who underwent elbow and wrist arthroscopic surgery from January to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.According to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 76 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing guidance during the perioperative period,while the observation group received feedback-problem solving oriented nursing interventions during the same period.The two groups were compared in terms of selfcare ability(using the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale),wrist joint range of motion,wrist joint function(using the Gartland-Werley wrist joint score),exercise adherence,occurrence of complications,and patient satisfaction before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the self-care ability score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the wrist joint range of motion in the observation group was greater than that in the control group,and the Gartland-Werley wrist joint score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the functional exercise adherence rate and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback-problem solving oriented nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients undergoing elbow and wrist arthroscopic surgery,improve their adherence to postoperative functional exercises,effectively prevent related comp
