智能移动终端行业数字化转型场景图谱构建与实践路径研究

摘　　要：2024年5月,国务院常务会议审议通过《制造业数字化转型行动方案》,强调要根据制造业多样化个性化需求,分行业分领域挖掘典型场景。为准确把握企业数字化转型升级的进展情况和困难挑战,本文以智能移动终端行业为研究对象,以系统工程为方法论,聚焦产业链整体数字化转型,通过剖析“产业链环节、业务活动、典型场景、核心要素”,将分散的数字化应用场景串联起来,将流转在产业链上下游关键环节、业务活动中的数字化要素清晰呈现,最终转化为结构完整、逻辑清晰的场景图谱。透过场景图谱4类数字化要素,探析行业数字化转型重点场景依赖国外工业软件、模型资源难以拉通共享、数据要素尚未价值化、人才供给不足等问题,提出加快提高行业数字化供给能力,构建模型库为载体的行业知识中心,推进行业数据要素资源化、资产化、资本化,改革数字化人才培养机制等建议,帮助产业链上下游企业“按图索骥”,找准转型参考标杆,补齐短板弱项。The executive meeting of the State Council on May 11th 2024 approved the"Action Plan for Manufacturing Industry Digital Transformation",emphasizing that typical scenarios should be explored by field based on the diverse and individualized demands of the manufacturing industry.To accurately grasp the progress and difficulties of enterprises'digital transformation and upgrading,this paper takes the smart mobile terminal industry as research object,and applies system engineering as the methodology,focusing on the overall digital transformation of the industrial chain.By analyzing"industrial chain links,business activities,typical scenarios,and core elements,"the scattered digital application scenarios are linked together,the digital elements flowing in key links and business activities in the industrial chain are clearly presented,and finally transformed into a structurally complete and logically clear scenario chart.Through the four types of digitalization elements in the scenario chart,this paper analyzes the problems in key transformation scenarios of the industry's digital transformation,such as the dependence on foreign industrial software,the difficulty of sharing model resources,the untapped value of data elements,and the shortage of talent supply.It puts forward suggestions such as accelerating the promotion of the industry's digital supply capacity,building a model library as the carrier of industry knowledge center,promoting the resourceization,assetization,and capitalization of industry data elements,reforming the digitalization talent training mechanism,etc.,to help upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain identify the reference benchmark for transformation and fill in the shortcomings and weaknesses according to the chart.
