摘　　要：当前,国内外经济形势复杂多变,新技术新业态层出不穷,数字化转型已成为家电行业打造新质生产力、激活发展新动能的必然选择,但仍存在诸多困境与问题。本文梳理了我国家电制造业的发展历程,分析了当前家电行业数字化转型的现状、问题和挑战,依托“一图四清单”方法论,构建了家电行业数字化转型场景图谱,梳理总结了家电行业在研发设计、生产制造、经营管理、客户服务等不同业务活动视角下的典型数字化场景以及工具、数据、模型、人才等关键转型要素,提出家电行业数字化转型的发展建议,旨在为家电行业数字化转型提供有益参考。Currently,both domestic and international economic conditions are complex and ever-changing,with new technologies and business models constantly emerging.Digital transformation has become an inevitable choice for the household appliance industry to create new quality productive forces and activate new development momentum,though many difficulties and issues persist.This paper reviews the development history of China's household appliance manufacturing industry,analyzes the current status,problems,and challenges of digital transformation in the household appliance sector,and constructs a digital transformation scenario chart using the"One Map and Four Lists"methodology.It summarizes typical digital scenarios in research and design,production,management,and customer service,as well as key transformation elements like tools,data,models,and talents.The paper offers development suggestions for digital transformation in the home appliance industry to provide valuable references.
