摘　　要：目的探究糖尿病拔牙患者强化血糖控制对术后愈合情况的影响。方法选择2022年6月—2024年6月南平市妇幼保健院收治的136例拟行拔牙术治疗的糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照治疗方法不同分为两组,对照组(n=68)进行常规血糖控制,观察组(n=68)进行强化血糖控制。对比两组血糖水平、术后恢复指标以及牙窝愈合情况。结果拔牙中、拔牙后,观察组空腹血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组出血时间短于对照组,牙龈健康状况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组牙窝愈合优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化血糖控制能够显著改善糖尿病拔牙患者的术后血糖水平,缩短出血时间,降低牙龈指数,并且促进牙窝愈合。Objective To explore the effect of intensive blood glucose control on postoperative healing in diabetic patients undergoing tooth extraction.Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,a tota of 136 patients with diabetes who underwent tooth extraction in Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group(n=68)was given routine blood glucose control,and the observation group(n=68)was given intensive blood glucose control.The blood glucose level,postoperative recovery indexes and tooth socket healing were compared between the two groups.Results During and after tooth extraction,the fasting plasma glucose level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The bleeding time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the gingival health status was better than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of tooth healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive blood glucose control can significantly improve the postoperative blood glucose level of diabetic patients with tooth extraction,shorten the bleeding time,reduce the gingival index,and promote the healing of the tooth socket.
