摘　　要：目的基于Logistic回归分析初产妇妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)发病的危险因素。方法选取2022年1月—2024年2月云南省曲靖市妇幼保健院建档立卡的518例初产妇为研究对象,将其分为GDM组(n=62)和非GDM组(n=456)。比较两组的一般资料,通过多因素Logistic回归分析初产妇GDM发病的风险因素。结果两组患者年龄、孕前体重指数、糖尿病家族史、接受保健和营养指导对比,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,年龄≥35岁、孕前体重指数≥28 kg/m^(2)、有糖尿病家族史为初产妇GDM发病的危险因素(P均<0.05)。结论年龄、孕前体重指数、有糖尿病家族史为初产妇GDM发病的影响因素,临床中可据此筛选高危患者,并制定治疗策略。Objective The risk factors of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in primipara were analyzed based on Logistic regression.Methods A total of 518 primiparas who were registered in Qujing Maternal and Child Health-care Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into GDM group(n=62)and non-GDM group(n=456).The general data of the two groups were compared,and the risk factors of GDM in primipara were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression.Results There were significant differences in age,pre-pregnancy body mass index,family history of diabetes,health care and nutrition guidance between the two groups(all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that age≥35 years old,pre-pregnancy body mass index≥28 kg/m^(2),and family history of diabetes were risk factors for GDM in primiparas(all P<0.05).Conclusion Age,pre-pregnancy body mass index,and family history of diabetes are influnce factors for GDM in primiparous women.High-risk patients can be screened clinically and treatment strategies can be formulated.
