达格列净结合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究达格列净与二甲双胍联合应用在2型糖尿病中的治疗效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年7月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用达格列净与二甲双胍结合治疗。比较两组的血糖指标、内分泌激素指标、血脂水平。结果治疗后,观察组糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组空腹胰岛素、胰岛β细胞功能指数、胰岛素抵抗指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论通过使用达格列净和二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者,可以有效地降低患者的血糖水平,改善患者的生活质量。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated People's Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with dapagliflozin combined with metformin.The blood glucose indexes,endocrine hormone indexes and blood lipid level were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of glycated hemoglobin A1c,fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the fasting insulin,homeostatic model assessment ofβ-cell function and homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of dapagliflozin and metformin in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce the blood glucose level of patients,improve the quality of life of patients.
